02 / Public perspective
People’s experience
The sampled US customer reviews commonly praise the quality and efficiency of individual Taskers. Other reviewers describe billing disputes or jobs taking longer than expected. This customer-facing snapshot offers limited evidence about earning through Taskrabbit; it should not be read as a rating of Tasker income or working conditions.
Separate source snapshots, not a combined rating. Reviews are self-selected opinions and may describe customers rather than people earning through the platform.
The sampled reviews mainly describe customers booking local help in the US. They provide little evidence about Taskers’ own working conditions.
Positive experiences Customers praise efficient work, punctuality and professional service.
